Below are the general terms of trade for users of instinctcph.com. Our ambition is to be clear and concise in our description of Instinct Copenhagen’s Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read the terms of trade before placing orders on instinctcph.com.
At Instinct Copenhagen we care deeply for the environment. This is reflected in our production strategy. To minimize negative impact on the environment we only produce to order. This means that an item is put into production when an order is placed on it. The very positive impact of the production strategy ‘produce to order’ is that it avoids any kind of unnecessary impact on the environment and keeps waste to a minimum.
Due to our production strategy ‘produce to order’, any product is put into production when ordered, not before. This translates to about two-four weeks from an order is placed to when the order is sent. In this time frame we produce the ordered item(s). The hereafter delivery time of package depends on shipping method and destination.
Expected production time of clothing items is up to four weeks and accessories up to two weeks.
Standard delivery is free of charge.
Payment and Security
Instinctcph.com is a secure website. This means that istinctcph.com is a secure place to shop. Credit card information and other sensitive data is encrypted and only visible to you. You can confirm that the connection is secure by (A) locating the locked padlock on the left side of the address bar or (B) checking the prefix of the website address is HTTPS. With a single left click on the address bar the entire URL becomes visible including prefix.
Instinctcph.com accepts credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) for online payment(s).
Paying with credit card is free of fees. The card is not charged until the order is processed and ready to be shipped. The deducted amount cannot be higher than the amount you have agreed to pay during the payment process.
If you wish to return a purchase you can do so within 14 days of the package being delivered at the selected destination point. You can send the package back with any shipping method you wish at own expense and risk. We recommend that you select warranty when returning packages to minimize your risk and to keep a receipt of shipment.
To create a return please download, fill in and enclose the return form in the package. All items being returned must be in original shape with tags and brands intact. It is the return sender’s responsibility to package all contents responsibly. We provide a full return of the price of the returned item(s). In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.

To create a return: download, fill in and enclose the return form. In the return form specify the order no. and item(s) being returned. Please indicate your reason for returning specified item(s) and elaborate with a comment if relevant. The return form must be included in the package.

Refunds are made within 5 business days of the package being received at Instinct Copenhagen, given that the return meets the return policy guidelines. Repayments are credited to the payment card used to complete the order. Please be aware that transactions may take longer to appear in your bank account depending on your own bank’s procedures.
To expect a full refund the product must be good condition. This includes but is not limited to the product condition being unused and undamaged. You are welcome to try on the item(s) to check for size and fit without it affecting the value of the product.
All products purchased at instinctcph.com are covered by a 24 months complaint period. If a product is faulty as a consequence of its production, please create a complaint in due time. Please be aware that Instinct Copenhagen will not deliver service to damages caused by improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
A complaint must be created within reasonable time of the defect being discovered. Reasonable time usually translates to a period of up to two months in this context.
To create a complaint, download the complaint form and please answer every question to the best of your ability. Your name, order no. and item must be included. If you have the actual receipt, feel free to attach it. The defect must be evident from the complaint. Please describe the defect itself and where it is located on the product. Attach one or several pictures of the defect.

After receiving your complaint Instinct Copenhagen will review it and respond to it by email. We encourage you to follow the instructions in the response email. If the complaint is justified, we will ask you to send us the item so that we may correct the fault in one of three ways:
- Repair the defect if possible.
- Exchange the item to a new one of same size and model, if reparation is not an option.
- Refund the price of the item, if reparation nor exchange is possible.
It is the sender’s responsibility that all contents are packed and sent responsibly. Any repayment will be made to the same card used to complete the order.
